The tubes marked with a Coat of Arms with eagle surrounded by rope with tassels underneath a banner with the date 1671.
The identity of the founder is most likely Cornelius Ouderogge, although unsigned.
Marks on the base ring include "4" & "IV" on one tube and "II" & "2" on the other. Both cannon bear "rampant lion" and "scorpion" proof marks.
